Job summary

Precious Care ABA in Paterson, NJ is hiring a Behavior Tech to support children with autism in home-based sessions. No formal ABA experience is required; our BCBA team provides training and mentorship. You will help kids build communication, social, and daily living skills while enjoying a hands-on, supportive role with flexible schedules.

Travel to client homes is required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary.

Qualifications

High school diploma (recommended).
RBT/ABA-related course (recommended).
Experience in education or autism-related field (recommended).
Hands-on ability with children.
Knowledge of basic ABA terms (training provided).
Familiarity with data collection software (training provided).
Collaborative with coworkers and families.
Follows supervisor directions and treatment plan, asks questions when needed.
Patient and compassionate with challenging behaviors.
Goal-oriented and organized.
Consistent and reliable.

Responsibilities
