Budding Futures ABA Therapy in Denver, CO is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans, collect progress data, and support family training goals while maintaining professional communication with families and the clinical team.

We welcome current RBTs or those willing to obtain certification, with paid training provided.

Competenze

  • Experience working with children.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided).

Mansioni

  • Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
  • Implement behavioral interventions and track progress with data.
  • Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
