Budding Futures ABA in Fort Collins, CO is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy for families across Colorado.

We’re a smaller, hands-on company—you’ll get real support from your BCBA, not just a caseload and a login. If you’re willing to obtain RBT certification and want to make a real difference in kids’ lives, we’d love to hear from you.

Full-time and part-time positions are available with paid training and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Currently have RBT certification, or are willing to obtain one (training paid)
• Experience working with children
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical team
