Job summary

Budding Futures ABA Therapy in Northglenn, CO seeks a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect progress data, and support parent training goals for families in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement treatment plans
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress
