Job summary

Budding Futures is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy across Colorado. You will work 1:1 with clients under a BCBA, implementing custom treatment plans and collecting data to show progress. This role requires a compassionate approach and strong communication with families.

The position offers both full-time and part-time options, paid training, and PTO, with compensation in the hourly range shown on the job description.

Qualifications

• Must have current RBT certification or be willing to obtain one (paid training provided).
• Experience working with children is required.
• Reliable transportation needed to perform home visits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect progress data.
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting and implement behavioral interventions.
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress.
