Alight Behavioral Therapy in Sanford, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality behavioral interventions in home-based settings, working closely with licensed behavior analysts to implement individualized treatment plans and collect data on client progress.

Qualifications

• Certified RBT through the BACB required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD or similar populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to individuals with ASD in a home-based setting
• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment decisions
• Collaborate with licensed behavior analysts to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Implement behavior modification techniques to increase desired behaviors and reduce problem behaviors
• Communicate effectively with caregivers to ensure successful implementation of the therapy plan
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions
