Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy NC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Raleigh, NC. You will work closely with our therapy team to deliver high-quality, in-home ABA services and autism evaluations, supporting children on the spectrum and their families.

As an RBT, you will implement intervention plans, collect data, and maintain detailed session records while collaborating with BCBA/CCBA supervisors and families.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or related disorders (any relevant experience will be considered).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or CCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and treatment effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and team members.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to client care planning and strategy development.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress.
