Job summary

Succeed ABA in Peoria, AZ is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-person roles. Pay ranges from $18 to $28 per hour, with both part-time and full-time openings.

You will deliver ABA interventions in clients' homes or community settings, collect data, and work with a supportive team and supervisors dedicated to high-quality care. Flexible scheduling and strong team support are emphasized.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid Driver's License, or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
