Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA services for children with autism, under supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on improving learning, safety and social opportunities by implementing treatment plans and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with in-home ABA or similar settings preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Apply behavior-analytic strategies to improve functional skills.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
