Job summary

Links ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement programs designed by the BCBA, teach functional skills, and track progress with our data collection system.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma, completed 40-hour RBT training, and can transport to client homes. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and growth opportunities statewide across North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• High school diploma required.
• Completed forty (40) hour RBT training and certification.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals for children.
• Track progress using the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent program implementation.
