Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home or in-school 1:1 ABA services to children with autism under supervision. You will collect data and implement behavior-analytic strategies to improve learning and safety, following each patient’s treatment plan.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Special Education preferred.
• 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
• RBT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home or in-school 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Apply behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce barriers to learning.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
