Job summary

Golden Care Therapy seeks an ABA Therapist to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with autism spectrum disorder under supervision. You will use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and follow each patient’s treatment plan.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• 1 year of special education experience preferred.
• 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce barriers to learning.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
