Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with ASD under supervision. The role pays $22-$30 per hour, with part-time hours and potential for full-time work, plus a $250 onboarding bonus.

You will collect data, maintain communication with families and supervisors, and use behavior-analytic strategies per the treatment plan. Related experience in special education or ABA is preferred; RBT certification is required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• 1 year special education experience preferred.
• 1 year applied behavior analysis experience preferred.
• In-home 1:1 ABA service experience is part of the role.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, following treatment plans.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
