Golden Care Therapy GA is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with autism under supervision. This part-time role offers an onboarding bonus and potential path to full-time RBT, with a flexible schedule and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1 year of special education experience
• 1 year of applied behavior analysis experience
• RBT certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease challenging behaviors by following patients’ treatment plans
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration
