Vibrant ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver compassionate, one-on-one ABA therapy in children’s homes across Colorado. Earn paid training, ongoing clinical guidance, and a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact on families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required or actively pursuing certification on hire (Colorado Medicaid requirements).
• Ability to travel locally to client homes throughout Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, play, and daily living.
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and the clinical team.
• Maintain a consistent and reliable therapy schedule.
• Participate in training and ongoing professional development.
