Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - ABA Therapist to provide in-home behavioral therapy for children with autism. You will work closely with experienced ABA therapists to deliver intensive interventions and monitor client progress.

This part-time position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support families and ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be an RBT certified by the BACB.
• High School diploma or equivalent; related field preferred.
• Prior experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage documentation.
• Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data for treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records.
• Collaborate with the treatment team for comprehensive care.
• Provide support and education to families and caregivers.
