Precious Care ABA is hiring compassionate ABA therapists to work one-on-one with children with autism in home settings around Parsippany. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and help clients communicate, build independence, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Previous ABA experience required.
• Available at least 3 days per week during PM/after-school hours.
• Reliable and consistent — when a client is counting on you, you show up.
• Patient, energetic, and comfortable working hands-on with children.
• Able to follow treatment plans and BCBA direction.
• Open to feedback and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate, read, and write in English sufficiently to understand treatment plans and complete required documentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client homes.
• RBT career path with support to earn your RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and document progress.
• Work closely with BCBAs and families.
• Celebrate your clients' wins — big and small.
