Job summary

Precious Care ABA is seeking care-driven professionals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes in Parsippany, NJ. You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, teaching communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• Previous ABA experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available at least 3 days per week during PM/after-school hours
• Reliable and consistent — when a client is counting on you, you show up
• Patient, energetic, and comfortable working hands-on with children
• Able to follow treatment plans and BCBA direction
• Open to feedback and willing to learn
• Able to communicate, read, and write in English sufficiently to understand treatment plans and complete required documentation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client homes
• Professional, flexible, and able to work collaboratively with families and BCBAs
• $20–$30/hour based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities
