Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Goodyear, AZ is looking for qualified RBTs to provide in-home ABA services to children with Autism ages 1-21. The role includes implementing interventions, collecting data, and coordinating with program staff to ensure consistency; positions are part and full-time with flexible schedules and weekly pay.

Requirements include RBT Certification from BACB, a valid driver's license, and experience with Autism; background check required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification from BACB is required.
• Driver's license or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check is required.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback on performance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
