Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Arizona is seeking qualified ABA therapists to provide in-home, one-on-one services for children with Autism aged 1-21. Positions include part-time and full-time options with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Pay ranges from $18 to $28 per hour, plus benefits such as health insurance, incentive programs, referrals, and PTO; RBT certification and a valid driver’s license are required, with background checks and reliable transportation expected.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
