Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Goodyear, AZ. You will work one-on-one with children in-home and in-school settings, delivering ABA therapy under BCBA guidance, collecting data, and supporting skill development in collaboration with families and clinical staff.

Flexible schedules and opportunities for professional growth are highlighted, with full-time and part-time options available. Training is provided and travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
