Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Flexible hours, PT.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA therapy in home or community settings, collecting data, collaborating with BCBAs and families, and maintaining professional communication. Applicants must hold an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, a driver’s license, and pass a

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or higher; degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping children reach their potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families.
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child.
