Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings. You will implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of BCBAs and licensed therapists, documenting progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

The role emphasizes collaboration, consistency, and compassionate support for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities, helping them build functional skills and independence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions to clients in their homes or in community-based settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs and licensed therapists.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress.
