Job summary

Kennedy ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in North Carolina, with weekday evenings and some weekends. This part-time role offers flexible hours and a supportive team to help children reach their potential.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, follow BCBA-driven plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and staff to ensure progress in a positive session environment.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
