Job summary

Alliance ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy for youth under 21 in the Fairfax area. We provide paid training and cover RBT certification costs, with 90-day completion guidance. Flexible evenings and weekends available to fit family schedules.

You'll implement BCBA-designed plans, collect data, and collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals, while pursuing professional growth within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children (special needs experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy for youth under 21.
• Implement behavior treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data and complete session notes.
• Coach and support parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with schools, social services, physicians, and other professionals.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development.
