Kennedy ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy during late afternoons and some weekends. This part-time role offers flexible hours and the chance to make a meaningful impact with children and families.

You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure engaging, safe sessions. A high school diploma and valid RBT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
