Job summary

Alliance ABA Therapy in Fairfax is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for youth under 21. You will implement BCBA-designed plans and collect data during sessions.

This role offers evenings and weekends, a $25–$27/hour starting rate, a $250 sign-on bonus after completing RBT certification within 90 days, and paid hands-on training with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children (special needs experience preferred).
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 90 days (training provided).
• Reliable transportation, internet access, and strong computer skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy for youth under 21
• Implement individualized behavior treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect data and complete session notes
• Coach and support parents and caregivers
• Collaborate with schools, social services, physicians, and other professionals
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development
