Applied ABC provides home and center-based ABA therapy for children with autism in the United States. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one behavioral interventions in clients’ homes, under BCBA supervision, with weekday and weekend availability.

The role emphasizes data collection, ongoing training, and collaboration with supervisory staff to ensure high-quality ABA services for children and families seeking support.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
