Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for in-home ABA therapy in Virginia, including Montpelier, VA. Roles are full-time and part-time with pay ranges listed per hour.

The team delivers one-on-one ABA services, supports skill development, and collaborates with BCBAs and families to create positive, engaging sessions. Certification and driving flexibility are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB (for RBT candidates).
• High School Diploma or GED required (BT candidates).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (BT candidates).
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification (training support may be available).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working with children and/or adolescents.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record session data and complete detailed progress notes.
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and caregivers.
• Create a structured, positive, and engaging therapeutic environment.
