Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in children’s homes in Clayton, NC. You will implement individualized intervention plans under BCBA supervision and collect session data.

This part-time role requires 1 year ABA experience, a BA in a related field or pursuing relevant education, and an active RBT certification. Weekday evenings and weekend hours are expected, with mentorship and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect therapy session data.
