Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will work with a BCBA and care team to deliver high-quality services in home or clinic settings, with paid training if not yet certified.

You’ll travel to client homes within roughly 20 miles of your residence in North Carolina, receive support and supervision, and have opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• RBT certification preferred, but training will be provided.
• Experience with children, ASD preferred.
• Must be able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to kneel, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and log data.
• Participate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care tasks as needed (toileting, eating).
