Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking 1:1 ABA paraprofessionals to support children with autism in their homes in Southwest Phoenix. You’ll work afternoons and evenings, providing play-based ABA under supervision to build daily living skills and communication.

As an RBT/BT, you’ll help a child progress in their natural environment, with training and BCBA guidance. This flexible role offers meaningful impact and opportunities to grow in the field.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide, or Classroom Aide)
• ABA experience is a plus
• Afternoon/evening availability
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques
• Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA)
• Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet
• Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective
• Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together!
