Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Experience in applying ABA strategies in home or clinical settings.
• Ability to collect and record behavioral data accurately.
• Strong communication with supervisors and families to support therapy goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one ABA intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Work under the supervision of a BCBA.
