Job summary

Applied ABC is a clinician-owned ABA therapy agency expanding its provider network to offer in-home and in-center therapy for children with autism. This role involves working directly in clients' homes under BCBA supervision and participating in ongoing ABA training.

The position expects at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field (or current pursuit), and reliable weekday/weekend availability to deliver personalized therapy and collect session data.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regularly communicate with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
