Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with ASD under supervision. You will implement behavior-analytic strategies, collect data, and maintain communication with families and the team.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with potential for full-time, a $250 onboarding bonus, and opportunities for growth to Lead RBT or full-time RBT as you gain experience and complete certifications.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• 1 year in special education preferred.
• 1 year in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Apply behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and administration.
