Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking a compassionate ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with ASD under BCBA supervision. You will follow treatment plans and collect accurate data to support progress.

Qualifications

• 5 years Applied Behaviour Analysis experience (preferred).
• Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) certification (preferred).
• CPI certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Apply behaviour-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviours per treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
