Job summary

Qualifications
- Passion for working with children with special needs.
- Strong communication skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science or human development or 1 year experience with children.
Responsibilities
- Help children work on social and communication skills and reduce repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
- Document child progress and milestones.
- Follow and implement behavior plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
