Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking individuals to provide in-home support to children on the Autism Spectrum in Seaside, CA. This entry-level role is ideal for those starting in psychology, early childhood development, or special education, with paid training provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or at least one year of relevant child-care experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones.
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts

Education
