Job summary

Astra ABA in the United States is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with ABA in-home programs. You will work under BCBA supervision, delivering evidence-based interventions and collecting progress data.

This role emphasizes ethical practice, HIPAA privacy, and collaboration with families and BCBAs. Training and ongoing supervision are provided to help you grow as a BT and make a meaningful difference daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting.
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET).
• Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
• Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.
