Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Montpelier, VA. You'll provide in-home ABA therapy, support skill acquisition, and collaborate with families. We're looking for passionate individuals to join our team committed to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) for RBT candidates.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
