Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Copper Hill, VA for in-home and in-school ABA services. Enjoy flexible schedules, paid training, and benefits while helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• RBT Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home and in-school settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, play, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collect and accurately record client progress data
• Encourage positive behaviors through evidence-based interventions
• Partner with families and clinical team members to support each child's success
• Travel locally to client homes and community settings as needed
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Help children achieve meaningful goals and celebrate every milestone
