Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians/Therapists to join our network. You will provide direct ABA services 1:1 in the student’s home, under BCBA supervision, following a personalized Behavior Intervention Plan designed to improve communication, focus, and adaptive behaviors.

We offer flexible part-time schedules, opportunities for RBT credentialing, and mentorship to support professional growth in a collaborative ABA network.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pre-school and elementary school-aged children.
• Relevant fields of study in ABA, psychology, special education, or related.
• RBT certification and safety trainings required or encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the child’s home.
• Follow individualized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data on goals daily and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Document progress notes and maintain data points aligned with treatment goals.
