Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services provides in-home ABA therapy, delivering 1:1 services in the client’s home under BCBA supervision. Technicians support families and implement individualized plans with data collection and progress tracking.

We value flexible part-time schedules after school, with potential weekend shifts and structured mentorship from experienced supervisors. RBT credentialing path is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience with pre-school and elementary-age children.
• RBT certification and related trainings (CPR/AED/First Aid).
• Strong communication with stakeholders and ability to document progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in the child's home.
• Collect daily data and progress notes per BIP.
• Collaborate with BCBA to adjust interventions.
• Support communication and engagement with families.
