Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the child’s home, under the supervision of a Board-C certified Behavior Analyst. Competitive hourly starting rate, with a consistent part-time schedule and strong mentorship.

Ideal candidates have experience with preschool/elementary-aged children and ASD, plus strong documentation and communication skills. RBT certification support and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• ABAs with 1:1 pediatric experience preferred.
• Experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the child’s home setting.
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Use prompting, reinforcement, modeling, redirection, and structured teaching.
• Collect and document data during each session.
• Complete session notes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with caregivers and BCBA supervisors.
• Support skill-building in communication and adaptive functioning.
