Job summary

Master It Behavior Therapy is seeking a motivated ABA Behavior Technician to support children with developmental disabilities in in-home sessions. You will implement evidence-based interventions under BCBA supervision, collecting data on progress and adjusting strategies to fit each client.

Qualifications

• Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and trials; implement behavior protocols and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a BCBA Supervisor to apply ABA principles and teaching procedures.
• Respond promptly to the needs and expectations of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Demonstrate strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Must have own transportation and auto insurance to travel between clients.
