Job summary

Headrise ABA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy in New Jersey. You will implement BCBA-developed plans, track progress with data collection, and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Part-time role with a $18-$25 per hour rate and a $200 sign-on bonus. Flexible scheduling options and support from experienced BCBAs provide opportunities to grow while making a real impact.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
