Job summary

Headrise ABA in Newton, New Jersey is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy for a 6-year-old girl. The role is part-time with a schedule Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri 2:30PM–6:30PM and compensation of $18–$25 per hour, plus a $200 sign-on bonus.

Travel to local homes and collaboration with families are required. The candidate should be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma (a bachelor's in psychology is a plus), and ideally possess RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and travel locally.
• 18+ years old and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
