Headrise ABA in New Jersey is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy for a six year old girl, with compensation of $18-$25 per hour and a $200 sign-on bonus. Part-time schedules are available to support work-life balance.

You will track progress with data, support skills in communication, socialization, and daily living, and partner with families for consistent treatment. Requirements: 18+, high school diploma, background check, reliable transportation; RBT

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a HS diploma.
• Experience in ABA is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Pass background check and maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
