Job summary

Headrise ABA in New Jersey seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy for a 13-year-old boy, part-time evenings. You will follow BCBA-developed plans, collect progress data, and help build communication and daily living skills. Travel to families’ homes is required. 18+ with a HS diploma; RBT preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
