Job summary

Headrise ABA in Paulsboro, New Jersey seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to support a 4-year-old child. You will deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA plans, build essential life skills, and track progress with data.

The role is part-time, Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–7:00 PM, with pay of $18–$25 per hour plus a $200 sign-on bonus. Benefits include flexible scheduling, monthly Amazon gift card raffles, and opportunities to grow with experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's in psychology is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred; background check required.
• Ability to travel locally and provide in-home ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA plans.
• Track client progress with data collection and reporting.
• Support communication, socialization, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
